It’s incredibly important to integrate variety is within your workouts.
You can’t get good results without consistently changing up your routine.
Physically, your body gets used to you doing the same thing and stops changing to adapt. Mentally, you get bored doing the same thing over and over again. Pretty soon you’re avoiding going to the gym because you’re not seeing any results and you’re bored of your routine.
Remember these two principles:
1. -Never do the same workout two times in a row.
2. -You have to challenge your body to change your body.
I made a video for you to check out that should take care of the above two principles. Hopefully it’s something you can integrate into your own routine and mix things up a little bit.
Those of you who have visited one of our 4 Seattle Bootcamp and Personal Training Studios have probably seen our Mission Statement posted on the wall. But for those of you who have not, I wanted to take a moment to share with you our Mission Statement as well as my personal goal, our Public Mission.
IanFitness aspires to empower the people of Seattle to discover their happiest, healthiest selves through regular, fun, challenging, and dynamic exercise in a safe, supportive environment with knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate trainers resulting in an inspired community of leaders in health and wellness.
Help 5,000 Seattle residents reach their fitness and or weight loss goals by 2020.
Basically, I want to provide a home for folks that are looking to lose some weight, burn some fat, and improve their overall fitness level in a fun place with fun people! And, I want to help 5,000 Seattle residents with their fitness goals.
I love Seattle! And I love helping Seattle residents lose weight and get in shape.
I grew up here and I feel like this City has grown up with me and there are certain things I want to try and preserve.
Some of the things I love best about Seattle is the natural beauty that surrounds Us.
Mount Rainier! Lake Washington! Green lake! I mean we’ve got it all here and the subsequent opportunities we have to get outside and enjoy it’s parks, beaches, mountains, and jogging and biking trails is endless.
I know the more fit folks are the more likely they’ll be to take advantage of Seattle’s awesome natural beauty and help preserve it.
But, don’t forget it goes both ways.
The beauty and outdoors of Seattle itself is naturally inclined to help people get and stay in great shape themselves. That’s one of the most important things I stress when it comes to fitness. It’s not just how you look or feel, but what can you do with your fitness? Well, what can you!?
