Facebook doesn’t allow Before and After picture advertising. I can see why in some cases this can create an unhealthy body image for some folks, but really it’s a bit of a loss, because when you see some of the great, REAL before and after pictures of people who start working out– not just at IanFitness Seattle, but really anywhere you’ll be amazed and inspired.

Exercise can improve your sense of control, coping ability and self-esteem.

When you engage in high-intensity exercise, your body and brain produce hormones and neurotransmitters that have a positive impact on your mood, memory, energy levels, and sense of well-being.

Some of these are known as endorphins, the body’s feel-good chemicals.

The levels of chemicals in the brain, such as serotonin, stress hormones and endorphins, change when you exercise.

Regular exercise can help you sleep better. And good sleep helps you manage your mood.

We’re not showing unrealistic transformations because we’ve never been about looking a certain way or fitting a certain social media image. IanFitness has always been about losing weight, burning fat, building muscle and having fun. It’s not about the look– it’s about the before and after DO.
